• Sincerity, courage, and integrity.
• Professionalism, responsibility, and discretion.

The following are prerequisites for joining our team:

• References from the last two previous employers.
• A criminal record check.
• Verification of identity through a national ID or passport.
• Additional documentation, such as educational certificates, first aid training, and others.

I also look for the following qualities in prospective babysitters and lecturers:

• Prior experience working with children, including personal experience with their own children (particularly for mothers with older children who are available to care for others).
• Educational or healthcare background, or at least a keen interest in various child development and educational approaches.
• Active proficiency in at least one foreign language.
• A commitment to continuous learning in the field of childcare.

My team is then diligently monitored throughout their employment through direct feedback from our clients.
