Susie's babysitting klade důraz na kvalitní výběr chův do rodin a dbá především na citlivou, zodpovědnou a pečující povahu pečovatelky. Pokud se chcete stát chůvou pro jednu z těchto rodin, měli byste mít v úmyslu si vytvořit silný emoční vztah s dítětem/ dětmi, o které budete pečovat, jelikož těmto dětem budete nahrazovat péči jejich maminky. Rozhodně byste neměli chtít dělat tuto práci jen pro peníze. Děti to vycítí, jestli k nim budete přistupovat se skutečnou laskavostí a láskou a nebo jen jako k "věcem". Rodina bude mít měsíční zkušební dobu pro začátek spolupráce s Vámi a během ní většinou poznají, pokud někdo nemá skutečný zájem o jejich dítě, především z reakcí dětí.

Susie's babysitting emphasizes the quality selection of nannies and pays particular attention to the sensitive, responsible and caring nature of the caregiver. If you want to become a nanny for one of our families, you should intend to develop a strong emotional bond with the child/children you will be caring for, as you will be substituting the care of their mummy for these children.
You definitely shouldn't want to do this job just for the money. Children will sense if you treat them with real kindness and love or just as "things". The family will have a one-month trial period to start working with you, and during this time they will usually know if someone is not really interested in their child, especially from the children's reactions.
