About Mafalda

Hello parents,

I'm Mafalda I'm 23 years old and I'm a university student.

For the past five years, I've been working with different families in Prague as well as in Portugal where I am from. My responsibilities included preparing food, hygiene, helping with homework, and playing. 

I am working with Susie now a second year, and since joining her, I have babysat for tens of different families from various backgrounds, nationalities and cultures.

 I have looked after babies from 9 months old, as well as toddlers, preschoolers and school aged children.

I really like the dynamics of working for various families as I just love meeting new people and is the experience is always interesting and enriching for me.

Since a young age, I always enjoyed taking care of children and started doing it at a very young age by taking care of younger cousins. Also, most of my family relatives work in the educational area so even though I don't have a degree in Education I've gotten some knowledge and tips on the area from them. 

Since I have a musical background I love to have musical activities, but for me to play in nature, painting, and drawing are very important for my personal growth. 

For me, respect and trust are the most important thing between me and them and I have tried to show that since the beginning.
