To ensure that we can keep reliable babysitters to hold for us their planned availability, we needed to introduce the following last-minute cancellation charges:
These fees are applicable in case your cancellation is made:
- more than 3 days before booked date = FREE
- less than 3 days but more than 48 hours = 25% of the price of booked time
- less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours = 50% of the price of booked time
- less than 24 hours = The full price of the original booking*
