About Paula 

Paula is one of our most senior and experienced nannies, who is also helping Susie with the process of onboarding and training new nannies.

She does a wonderful job training and helping our new babysitters thoroughly and ensuring they are prepared and ready to deal with any kind of unforeseen circumstances and unexpected situations, which can happen with children (especially during ocassional and ad-hoc babysitting)!

Paula is a nanny by profession, but she is also a mum of three great children, from who the youngest one is 16 years old, and she often surprises the parents with her vast experience she has, from newborn babies to teenagers.

She speaks several world languages as she lived for a long time in Geneva, but also long enough in Czech Republic to know all the great places in and around Prague for children and she would be happy to take your children around even in her own car for various trips and fun activities, and be your children's actual personal city fun guide 😉 ( of course for a little extra fee).

Besides her being very experienced with kids, she is also really energetic, positive and fun person to be around, who will always cheer you up as there is no situation which could bring her mood down 🙂😄.

In the long time for which Paula was part of Susie's team, I never heard her complaining about anything, neither did I see her in any situation that she could not handle. 

Paula is like a breath of fresh air, which will make you feel better and relaxed as soon as you meet her ;-).

If you are lucky enough to have Paula to look after your children, I guarantee you, yhat you won't be disappointed 🙂.

Hello parents,

my name is Paula and I am a responsible and professional woman, a mother of 3 girls, and now a grandmother to a 4y old boy, who is experienced with children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers.

I have a great understanding of children, and their way of communicating and working, gentle but firm, patient and attentive, tolerant and dedicated but not submissive. I need to work as a team with the parents of the children I take care of, in a relationship of trust, fairness, and exchange.

I am a fluent English French Portuguese and Spanish speaker. I have lived in the Czech Republic for 20 years, but primarily within the international community and all of my children attended international schools. Before moving to the Czech I lived long time in Geneva, Switzerland, where I also worked as a nanny,

I am a confident driver (automatic car) and can use my car with a kid's seat and drive your children wherever needed around Prague. 

Based on what I heard from the families I work with, I am a great cook/pastry maker, I adapt to any type of meal preparation in place in the homes of the families I work for.
