Hello! My name is Dona, and I'm a 23-year-old International Relations student at Metropolitan University Prague. I've called the Czech Republic home for the past 10 years, having moved here from Uzbekistan. This has given me a unique perspective and allowed me to become fluent in Czech, English, Russian, and Uzbek. I also have a basic understanding of German, which I continue to develop.

Since 2022, I've been building a strong reputation as a reliable and caring babysitter and tutor through Susies. I truly enjoy connecting with children and creating a positive and stimulating environment for them to learn and grow. My experience spans a wide range of ages, from tiny babies (as young as 5 months old) to school-aged children, giving me a well-rounded understanding of child development and care needs at different stages.

My experience includes:

Long-term care for several families in Prague: This has allowed me to develop deep bonds with children and become a trusted part of their families' lives. I'm comfortable with establishing routines, preparing meals, and handling various household tasks related to childcare.
Tutoring school-aged children in English and Czech in after-school lessons: I'm passionate about education and enjoy helping children improve their language skills. I adapt my tutoring methods to each child's learning style, making learning engaging and effective.
Assisting Susie at corporate events and private parties, and providing childcare in diverse settings: This experience has taught me to be adaptable and handle different environments and group dynamics. I'm comfortable working in both quiet home settings and more lively event atmospheres.
Caring for Susie's own children (ages 4 and 6): This opportunity provided valuable experience in managing the different needs and personalities of siblings.

I'm often described as soft, caring, and polite, and I believe I have a natural affinity for children. I genuinely enjoy spending time with them, engaging in creative activities, and fostering their curiosity. Whether it's playing games, reading stories, exploring nature, or helping with homework, I strive to make every interaction positive and enriching.
